Florida Person Centered Support, Inc. (FPCS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve independence, confidence, and meaningful employment.

As an approved vendor with the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), we specialize in providing person-centered employment and training services throughout the state of Florida.

With over 10 years of professional experience, we have proudly helped youth and adults prepare for the workforce, discover their strengths, and secure sustainable employment opportunities.

Leticia Bolden is the founder and president of Florida Person Centered Support, Inc. She brings more than a decade of experience supporting individuals with disabilities through vocational training, business development, and employment services.

Her passion for person-centered support and her background in workforce development have positioned FPCS as a trusted partner to the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and a respected resource for community-based employment programs.

Leticia leads a compassionate and skilled team of professionals who share her commitment to transforming lives through education, opportunity, and empowerment.
