Employment Services

We provide one-on-one employment support to help individuals prepare for, secure, and maintain meaningful jobs.

Our Employment Specialist, Leticia Bolden, works directly with clients to assess their strengths, build skills, and match them with local employers across Florida.

Employment Services Include:

On-the-Job Training (OJT)

Learn by doing!

Our On-the-Job Training program allows individuals to gain hands-on experience while working directly with employers. Participants receive training, guidance, and real-world skills that lead to long-term employment opportunities.

🎓 For Students Ages 14-21

Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)

For students with disabilities (ages 14–21), our Pre-ETS program builds the foundation for a successful future.

We work with schools, parents, and DVR to provide essential training that prepares young people for employment and independence.

Work Readiness Training

Learn essential job skills, professional behavior, and workplace communication to succeed in any work environment.

Self-Advocacy Training

Build confidence, decision-making skills, and the ability to speak up for your needs in the workplace and beyond.

Work-Based Learning Experiences

Participate in internships, job shadowing, and community-based work experiences to explore career interests.
