We connect Florida employers with job-ready candidates through our DVR partnership. Businesses can learn about On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunities, Pre-ETS student programs, and inclusive hiring practices.

Youth Transition Events

Pre-ETS Activities

FPCS partners with local schools and DVR offices to host Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) activities, including:

  • Self-Advocacy Workshops - Building confidence and communication skills
  • Work-Based Learning Experiences - Hands-on career exploration
  • Career Exploration Field Trips - Real workplace visits

FPCS Expands Workforce Readiness Program

We're proud to announce the expansion of our Work Readiness and Self-Advocacy Training for high school students across Miami-Dade County. This initiative, supported through our partnership with the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, will help students prepare for employment while building confidence and leadership skills.
