Become an Employer or Training Partner

We collaborate with Florida employers, schools, and community organizations to create inclusive opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

By becoming a partner, you can:

  • Host On-the-Job Training (OJT) participants and provide real-world experience
  • Offer Work-Based Learning Experiences for students preparing for careers
  • Hire job-ready individuals trained through FPCS programs
